About
Hi, I’m Wren.
I write epic fantasy about drowned places and the stubborn people who refuse to leave them.
I grew up on a windy stretch of coast where the lighthouse still runs on a schedule. My grandmother kept the tide tables by the kitchen door, and I spent most of my childhood inventing stories about what the water had taken.
The Ember Tide started as a question I couldn’t shake: what if the sea remembered everything it swallowed? Three books later, I’m still listening for the answer. When I’m not writing, I’m walking the beach, rereading old favorites, or answering reader letters.
